Jacob Castro is an experienced journalist with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Saddleback College. Currently serving as a Magazine Intern at Orange Coast Magazine, duties include pitching story ideas, conducting interviews, writing for print and digital platforms, and fact-checking articles. Jacob has also contributed as a Staff Writer for Daily Forty-Niner and worked as a Journalist for Parry Punch MMA. Previous experience includes a role as a Video Editor for Entertainment Scoop, focusing on lifestyle segments, and serving as a Video Journalist/News Reporter for OC News Team, as well as an Entertainment Editor for Lariat News.
