Lara Hacievliyagil

Lara Hacievliyagil has a strong background in recruitment, with experience at various companies. Lara began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page in 2019, where they focused on placing technology professionals across different industries and company sizes. Lara later became a Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant at the same company, responsible for business development and full-cycle recruitment.

In 2021, Lara joined Page Outsourcing as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they continued to utilize their skills in sourcing and placing technology professionals. Lara then moved on to work as a Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist at both Mastercard and Andiamo Partners in 2022. In these roles, they specialized in talent acquisition and staffing for prominent technology companies. At Andiamo Partners, they gained experience in placing top information technology professionals with tier-one vendors such as Amazon.

Most recently, Lara worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Orange Logic starting in 2023.

Lara Hacievliyagil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as Diversity Recruiting, Hire Better, Hire Faster with Social Media and Digital Platforms, Inclusive Tech: Breaking Bias in Tech, Virtual Interviewing for HR, and Virtual Recruiting. These certifications were obtained in March 2023.
