Renee Ernste has a diverse work experience in the HR industry. Renee started their career at Ceridian, where they worked as an Employee Assistant Consultant from 1996 to 2001, and later as a Manager from 2001 to 2004. Renee then moved to Gevity as a General Manager from 2004 to 2008. Since 2008, Renee has been with Orange Tree Employment Screening, initially serving as Vice President of Customer Care from 2008 to 2010. Renee then became the Chief Operating Officer from 2011 onwards, and since 2015, they have held the role of President/COO. Their most recent position at Orange Tree is CEO. Throughout their career, Renee has focused on helping employers create a safer workplace and mitigate risks through accurate and compliant background reports.
