Bruno Fitsch-Mouras is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong background in finance and banking regulation. Currently serving as the Director of Transversal Affairs & Compliance at Orange since November 2008, Bruno oversees transversal projects, internal control, and compliance for the Orange group Treasury. Previously, Bruno held the position of Head of Legal Finance and Banking Regulation, focusing on intragroup financing, payment regulations, and derivatives. As President of the Legal Commission for the French Corporate Treasurers Association from July 2017 to January 2020, Bruno contributed to significant regulatory discussions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Legal Counsel at BNP Paribas, where Bruno structured complex financing transactions, and as Legal Counsel in the International Finance Department, facilitating international banking loans for major corporations. Bruno's education includes postgraduate degrees in Finance, Treasury and Finance Engineering from ISC Paris and European Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
