Nirmal Wijesinghe

Nirmal Wijesinghe has extensive experience in product management and software development, currently serving as Associate Director of Product Management at OrangeHRM since November 2011, where responsibilities include providing technical guidance, leading teams, and recruiting software engineers. Nirmal has progressed through multiple roles within OrangeHRM, from Software Engineer to Associate Director. In addition to professional responsibilities, Nirmal holds the position of Vice President for Marketing and Public Relations at the Japura Masters Alumni Association since February 2022. Nirmal's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from the National Institute of Business Management.
