Andrew McCloskey

Andrew McCloskey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer for ORBCOMM, where they are responsible for defining and executing the strategy to position the company as a major technology player in the transportation space. Prior to that, Andrew was the CTO and head of Global Engineering for AVEVA Software, a company specializing in Industrial Automation and Engineering solutions. Andrew has also held roles as the Vice President of Software Development at BitCentral, Director of R&D at Toshiba America Information Systems, Manager of S/W Development at Plaid Brothers Software, and Manager of Application Development at Geri Care. Before that, Andrew worked at Rockwell Space Systems Division as a Lead Engineer, where they developed guidance systems for space vehicles for the United States space program. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong technical leadership and expertise in various domains.

Andrew McCloskey completed their undergraduate studies in Aerospace Engineering at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Afterward, they pursued graduate studies in Engineering at the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1993.
