Amanda Figur

Amanda Figur has a diverse work experience. Amanda is currently working as a Software Developer at Orbia since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Loggi from March 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Trainee Software Developer at Loggi from November 2021 to February 2022. Amanda also has experience in academia, having worked as a Graduate Researcher at Universidade de São Paulo from January 2020 to December 2022. Their research involved developing a numerical algorithm for extracting robust features on surfaces parameterized by B-Splines. Additionally, Amanda served as a Student Representative on the Undergraduation Committee of Mathematics from July 2017 to December 2019, where they maintained direct contact with undergraduate students to understand their demands and needs in the mathematics course. Amanda Figur completed their education in a chronological order. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Instituto Federal de Goiás (IFG) - Campus Goiânia, where they obtained a Technician degree in Informatics. Following that, from 2014 to 2019, they studied at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Their pursuit of higher education continued as they enrolled at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics. Additionally, in January 2022, they obtained the IELTS Academic certification with a score of 7.0 from IELTS Official.
