Tharcy Schaefer

Tharcy Schaefer has a diverse work experience. Tharcy started their career as an intern at Mega Gama Distribuidora in 2010. Tharcy then worked at AC Café S.A. as a Coordinator of Planning and Management from 2013 to 2017.

In 2017, they joined Bravium as a Manager of Partnerships, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Orbia where they held two roles. Tharcy started as an Inputs and Commodities specialist from June 2019 to July 2021. Later, they were promoted to Head of Operational Excellence, a position they currently hold, starting in August 2021.

Additionally, Tharcy Schaefer has leadership experience as they served as the President of Agregar - Empresa Júnior de Agronegócio in 2011.

Tharcy Schaefer started their education at the Universidade Federal de Viçosa from 2008 to 2011, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
