Kristie Hefke has a diverse range of work experience. Kristie currently works at Contiem as a Project Manager, where they manage client-facing projects across multiple industries. Their responsibilities include delivering content engineering, product engineering, and professional services support through Contiem products and services. Kristie utilizes Agile project management methods and works closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into requirement backlogs. Kristie also collaborates with technical and subject matter experts to maintain project focus and manage scope. Additionally, they build positive relationships with clients, identifies new opportunities, and delivers weekly status reports.

Kristie also gained experience at Townsquare Interactive as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they managed a portfolio of 250 clients and developed and optimized their online presence. Kristie implemented SEO and social media strategies and provided marketing support and advice to small business owners. Additionally, they contributed to the training and development of new hires.

Before that, Kristie worked at Professional Specialty Publications as an Advertising Sales Representative and at Max Rochester as an Event Assistant/Assistant Server.
