Lydia Aschauer

Lydia Aschauer has been working in the field since 2014. Lydia began as a PostDoc at the Medical Research Council in 2015, and then moved to a PostDoc at Medizinische Universitaet Innsbruck in 2014. In 2018, they joined Orbit Discovery as Head of Screening Operations and then moved to Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist / Team leader and Research Scientist roles.

Lydia Aschauer has a background in Molecular Biology, Ecology, Biology, Chemistry, and Economy. Lydia obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Molecular Biology from the Medizinische Universität Innsbruck in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck in 2008. Her education began in 1997 when they attended the Höhere Lehranstalt für Umwelt und Wirtschaft, Ysper, where they studied Ecology, Biology, Chemistry, and Economy.
