Oghenekaro Elem is a Governance Analyst at Messari since November 2021, with prior experience as an Ambassador for Aragon and a Researcher at both Omni Calculator and Helpman Institute. Oghenekaro served as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Internal Audit at the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget & National Planning in Nigeria and held the position of Operations Manager at Dido Studios & Photo Marketing Ltd. Additionally, Oghenekaro worked as an Event Manager at Deperfect Events. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Innovation & Technology Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services from the University of Benin. Early education was completed at Federal Government College, Kano.
