Craig Hassall

Craig Hassall has extensive work experience in customer success, paralegal, and major account management. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Orbital Witness, where their role included working with firms from the Magic Circle, Silver Circle, construction/development companies, retail/supermarkets, and Transport for London. In 2021, they took on the same role at Addland. From 2017-2021, Craig was the Customer Relationship/Success Manager Team Lead at GetAgent.co.uk, where they founded the Client Relationship Team to increase revenue and maintain relationships with clients. Craig scaled the team, recruited top talent, and created and measured KPIs in one to one review meetings. From 2016-2017, Craig was a Major Account Manager at Vohkus. In 2016, they also worked as an Intellectual Property Paralegal (intern) at LGC, where they used IPPO and conducted research into trademarks. In 2015, Craig was a Paralegal at Neumans LLP.

Craig Hassall attended London Metropolitan University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied LLB Law. Craig then attended BPP Law School from 2022 to 2024, where they obtained an LPC LLM in Law.
