Keesha Ward

Keesha Ward, MBA has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Lead Teacher at Iowa State University, Assistant Manager at Iowa State University managing University Human Resources projects, and Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa overseeing various departments. Keesha has also served as the Owner of Vegan Knees® and CEO & Photographer at Ward Creative Studios. Currently, Keesha Ward is utilizing their skills as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Orchard Place.

Keesha Ward holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Child, Adult, & Family Services from Iowa State University. Keesha further pursued their education at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Management and Operations. Additionally, Keesha has completed various certifications, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Plant-based Nutrition, Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training, and Learning JIRA Software.
