Ani Amaryan

Ani Amaryan has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2017 with an internship at the State Employment Service Agency of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Issues. In the same year, they also worked as a Researcher for Armenian Caritas. In 2018, they worked as a Volunteer Staff and Report Analyst for EPF Armenia, as well as Fundraising and Financial Manager for Goris Press Club NGO. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Specialist of Demography at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, a Leading Specialist at the Remuneration Policy Department of the Prime Minister's Office of RA, and a Human Resources Department Manager and People Operations Manager at Stellar Labs LLC and Orders.co, respectively.

Ani Amaryan has a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Yerevan State University, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Theory of Economics from Yerevan State University, obtained in 2016. In addition, Ani has obtained various certifications, such as Conflict Management Project from University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2022, Human Resources Analytics from UC Irvine in 2021, Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers Specialization from University of Minnesota in 2021, Introduction to Project Management from University of Minnesota in 2021, Managing Employee Compensation from University of Minnesota in 2021, Managing Employee Performance from University of Minnesota in 2021, Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees from University of Minnesota in 2021, Preparing to Manage Human Resources from University of Minnesota in 2020, and Business English: Management and Leadership from Arizona State University in 2018.
