Lead Business & Change Analyst at Ordnance Survey

Chris New has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Chris began their career in 1996 as a Business Analyst at DFDS, and then moved on to become the Billing Manager at Telstra from 1999 to 2003. Chris then worked as the Operations Manager at International Pairs from 2004 to 2009, before joining the Office for National Statistics as a Business / Systems Analyst. In 2015, they joined Ordnance Survey as a Senior Business Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Lead Business & Change Analyst in 2021.

Chris New obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from different institutions, including the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and APMG-International, in fields such as Business Architecture, Benefits Management and Realisation Professional, Management of Risk, Change Management Practitioner, and others.
