James Sonderegger

James Sonderegger has a strong background in customer education and technical enablement. James is currently serving as the Director of Customer Education at Ordr Inc., where they started in 2023. Before that, they worked at Alteryx as the Sr. Director of Technical Enablement from February 2021 to May 2023. During their time at Alteryx, they played a pivotal role in building the Customer Education Services and Professional Service lines of business. James also led various innovations, including the launch of Outcomes-Based services, integration of tools and teams post-M&A, and the creation of enterprise subscription services.

James successfully led the evolution of Technical Certification, Content Development, Academic Alliances, Authorized Education Partners, and Geo-specific marketing campaigns. During their tenure, the annual revenues exceeded $21 million with margins averaging 27%. James also held the positions of Director of Education Services, Americas and Resident Engineer Manager during their time at Juniper Networks.

James Sonderegger obtained a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of West Georgia, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their academic degrees, James Sonderegger has acquired multiple certifications. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Role - Training Business Management from the Customer Education Management Association. In August 2020, they earned the CEdMA Foundation Series - Technical Training Management certification, also from the Customer Education Management Association.
