Jean Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Starting in 1995, Jean worked as a Customer Care Representative and later as an Internal Support/Business Analyst at AT&T Wireless until 1998. After that, they joined Stargate Technologies as a Technical Support Representative for a brief period.

In 1999, Jean began working at Carnegie Mellon University, where they held positions as a Help Desk Specialist and later as a PC Engineer. Their responsibilities included providing technical support, software and hardware troubleshooting, and creating user accounts.

Following their time at Carnegie Mellon, Jean worked as a Web Developer/Drupal Implementation at Score 4 Reading, where they transformed a static website into a dynamic Drupal site.

From 2009 to 2010, Jean worked as a Netbackup Technical Support Engineer at Symantec, where they received training and provided technical support for Netbackup software.

Jean then joined CLEAResult (formerly PECI) in 2011 as an IT Systems Engineer, focusing on various projects involving Azure infrastructure, MFA implementation, and offsite backup solutions.

Most recently, as of 2017, Jean has been working at the Oregon Humane Society. Jean started as an Information Systems Manager, responsible for managing network design, software solutions, and budgeting. Jean currently holds the role of Director of Information Technology at the Oregon Humane Society.

Throughout their career, Jean has gained extensive experience in IT management, technical support, system implementation, and project management.

Jean Rogers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh from 1992 to 1994. In 1998, they obtained a certification in Publishing from the Denver Publishing Institute. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued their Associate of Arts degree in Teacher Education from CCAC.
