Rebecca Morris has extensive experience in the legal field. Rebecca started their career as an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP in 2000, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Rebecca served as an Attorney and later as an Assistant General Counsel at Thirteen/WNET. In 2006, they joined Oregon Public Broadcasting as the Director of Legal Affairs, a role they held until 2009 when they were promoted to Vice President of Legal Affairs. Rebecca then became the General Counsel in 2014 and eventually the VP & General Counsel in 2017 at Oregon Public Broadcasting.
Rebecca Morris obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music & English from California State University-Sacramento in 1993. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Cardozo School of Law from 1997 to 2000, specializing in Law and Intellectual Property.
