Carl Britsch

Carl Britsch is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in various industries including nuclear energy, oilfield services, and environmental waste management. Currently serving at Oregon State Credit Union as a former HR executive, adjunct professor, and advisory committee member, Carl previously held significant leadership roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at NuScale Power and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Furmanite. Additional key positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PSC and Iberdrola Renewable Energy Services, as well as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Loomis, where responsibilities spanned compensation, benefits, and employee development.
