Jeremy Pauls

Jeremy Pauls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeremy currently serves as the Director of Business Transformation at Org, where they oversee global delivery and engagement in transformational change, process excellence, technology enablement, and people empowerment. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Government Services & Public Sector at Protiviti UK. Jeremy also held various roles at Robert Half, including Managing Director of Management Resources, Director of Client Services, Senior Manager in the Industry & Public Sector division, and Divisional Manager in the Public Sector. Before joining Robert Half, Jeremy worked as a Finance Manager at Boots The Chemists and as an Accountant at WILSON BOWDEN LIMITED.

Jeremy Pauls attended De Montfort University from 2000 to 2004. Jeremy studied Accounting & Finance but did not obtain a specific degree. In 2021, they obtained the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management.
