Global Network Lead at Organise

Pavlina Draganova has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Global Network Lead at Organise, a tech start-up focused on workplace organizing. Prior to this, they were a National Coordinator at the same company.

Before joining Organise, Pavlina worked as a Climate Change Researcher at Ten Years' Time, where they facilitated meetings between trust and foundation leaders and climate experts to increase funding for climate and biodiversity initiatives. Pavlina also co-authored a report on the role of foundations in the transition to a low-carbon future.

Pavlina's earlier experience includes a role as a Programme Manager at Organise, as well as co-founding and serving as the COO of Ally Chatbot, a social enterprise that helps vulnerable individuals access information and support in times of crisis.

Pavlina has also worked as a Fellow at Year Here, a graduate in Digital Banking at Lloyds Banking Group, and completed a summer internship at Onfido Background Checks, where they gained experience in various aspects of start-up operations.

Throughout their career, Pavlina has demonstrated their ability to adapt, take on leadership roles, and make a positive impact in the areas of technology, climate change, social entrepreneurship, and finance.

Pavlina Draganova completed their education in a chronological order starting with their International Baccalaureate degree at College du Leman, which they pursued from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they attended UCL, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 2012 to 2015 with a specialization in Law. Finally, in 2017 to 2018, Pavlina studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for their LLM in Public International Law.
