Ma Fatima De Vera Francisco

Ma Fatima “Fama” de Vera Francisco is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Baby and Feminine Care for the Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Francisco has spent her career at Procter & Gamble in positions of increasing responsibility, including President of Global Baby Care and President of Global Feminine Care. Her consumer marketing and operational experience, especially in the specialized area of women’s health, are valuable skill sets for the Organon Board. A native of The Philippines and graduate of the University of the Philippines, Ms. Francisco currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
