Raul Guevara has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Raul started their career at Kraft Foods as a Jefe de Merchandising and later held the role of Trademarketing Manager at Nestle. Raul then joined Cadbury plc. as a National Trademarketing Manager before moving on to Nycomed as a National Key Account & Trademarketing Manager. Raul then worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a LATAM Commercial Manager, where they were responsible for developing a Go-To-Market Model and managing strategic accounts. Raul later joined MSD as a Private Labels Director and then as a Sales Director. At Merck, Raul worked as a Commercial & Business Support Director and as a Global Commercial Trade Channel Lead for Organon & Co. Currently, Raul is serving as the Global Commercial Trade Channel Lead for Organon at the company Organon.

Raul Guevara holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the same institution, from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "DIGITAL STRATEGIES FOR BUSINESS: LEADING THE NEXT-GENERATION ENTERPRISE" from EMERITUS in January 2020.
