Eunice Sakay

Eunice Sakay currently serves as the Lead for Talent Acquisition in the Asia Business Unit at Orica since May 2023, focusing on Talent & Sourcing strategies for the Hyderabad Tech Center and Information Technology group in India. Previously, Eunice was a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab Philippines, where expertise was applied to improve recruitment processes in a leading app for transportation, logistics, and financial services. As Talent Acquisition Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company, Eunice led recruitment for key teams in Southeast Asia. Experience also includes roles as a Talent Advisor at Oracle, where successful hiring was achieved for various business groups, and as a Senior Human Resource Officer at Smart Communications, managing high-level recruitment. Early career included a project-based role as a Recruitment Associate at Pointman Placement Specialist Inc. assigned to Smart Communications and an internship at IBM focusing on intern recruitment. Eunice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Development Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
