Lisa McMahan Sphr, Scp

Lisa McMahan, SPHR, SCP has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at Oriental Trading Company and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. At Oriental Trading Company, they served as the Director of Human Resources, and prior to that, they held the positions of Senior Manager of Employee Relations and Compensation, as well as Manager of Employee Relations and Compensation. During their time at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Lisa worked as an HR Business Partner, where they provided consultation on employee issues, performance, and development, as well as analyzed trends and recommended effective solutions. Lisa has demonstrated leadership and expertise in employee relations, compensation, and organizational design.

Lisa McMahan, SPHR, SCP, obtained a BA in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University in 2001-2002. Lisa then went on to earn an MA in Leadership from the same institution in 2007-2008. In addition to their degrees, Lisa McMahan also holds certifications: they obtained their SPHR certification from HRCI Certification Guide in May 2009 and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015.
