Sara Tello Ruiz

Sara Tello Ruiz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sara started their career as a Skills Trainer at Dinamo in 2007 and later became a Skills Trainer and Project Coordinator. In 2009, they worked as a Skills Trainer at Aeris Consultores. In 2010, they held the position of Junior HR Consultant at Tea Cegos, where they were responsible for candidate sourcing, selection, and placement. Later that year, they worked as an HR Consultant at Swarovski.

In 2011, Sara began working as an International Recruitment Consultant at CPL Ireland and after a year, they relocated to CPL Barcelona as an International HR Consultant. During their time at CPL Group, they provided international and multilingual recruitment solutions, skills training, and strategic HR consultancy to clients. Sara also offered consultancy, mentoring, coaching, and networking expertise to candidates, playing a crucial role in their career progression.

From 2014 to 2017, Sara worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Teleperformance Spain, where they managed various HR activities for over 500 employees. Sara'sresponsibilities included professional development, performance management, employee engagement, labor dispute prevention, data analysis, training, internal communication, event organization, and recruitment.

Since 2017, Sara has been working as the People & Operations Manager at Orienteed, where they guide and manages the overall provision of human resources strategy, services, policies, and programs. Orienteed is a company that specializes in digital commerce and provides eCommerce consultancy to leading brands, assisting them in their digital transformation.

Sara Tello Ruiz began their education in 2003 at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2008. In 2009, they attended the Escuela Europea de Negocios and completed a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in the fields of Industrial Hygiene, Safety and Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology. In the same year, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at the same institution, focusing on HR Management skills training, recruitment, development, and administration. Moreover, in 2014, they obtained certification in Coaching from the International Coaching Community and the Universidad de Coruña.
