Ryan Sandberg

Ryan Sandberg is the current Director of Product at Originate. Prior to this, they were with Bloom Properties LLC and held the position of Director of Product Management. Ryan has also been an Engagement Leader for Real Estate and FinTech projects, generating over $7 million in revenue to the firm.

Some of their notable achievements include leading the development of a new workflow automation solution for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, which produced a 30% lift in production. Ryan has also led the digital transformation efforts to develop a modern risk management data visualization tool for PIMCO, one of the world’s largest asset management firms.

In addition, they have conducted 5 product ideation workshops to establish user personas, journey map, roadmap plan, & epic definitions/risks, in which 3 software applications were developed & released. Ryan is also an agile expert in-residence to mentor product managers and engineers on agile development frameworks and to make sure process implementations are done correctly leading to partner success.

Sandberg began their educational career with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology Research & Analysis from Brigham Young University. Ryan then pursued a Master of Arts in Applied Statistics from California State University, Fullerton. After working in the business world for several years, Sandberg decided to return to school and earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Cornell University.
