Russell Dicks

Russell Dicks has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Russell currently works at Origis Services, where they have served in various positions, including Vice President of Technical Operations and Senior Director of Technical Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Origis Services.

Before joining Origis Services, Dicks worked at Michelin as a Production Manager and Manufacturing Department Manager Pipeline. Russell was responsible for overseeing the daily priorities of production and ensuring the achievement of production and quality goals.

Dicks also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Nissan Motor Corporation as a Production Manager. In this role, they managed a manufacturing total production operation and coordinated activities between managers and departments.

Their earlier experience includes working in the US Navy as a Director of Operations and Training, Deputy Director, and Operations Manager. Russell was responsible for program management, budget planning, and execution, as well as directing operations and training activities.

Prior to their naval career, Dicks worked at Brunswick Corporation as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Production Scheduler, where they led a team in manufacturing processes and system improvement.

Additionally, they served in the US Navy as a Training Manager, Maintenance Division Manager, Training Supervisor, Division Manager, Assistant Operations Officer, and Naval Flight Officer. Russell was responsible for leading crews, overseeing operations, and implementing training plans.

Russell Dicks earned a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multinational Business Operations & Marketing Management from Florida State University.
