Roscoe Taylor is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and technology management. Currently serving as an Engineering Fellow at Orion Engineered Carbons since November 2016, Taylor also provides consulting services focused on fine particle generation technologies. Previous positions include VP Manufacturing and Technology at Monolith Materials during its transition to Boxer, and VP of Engineering at Boxer Industries, where new technologies were developed to leverage low natural gas prices. Taylor also held the role of Continuous Improvement Superintendent at Barrick Gold Corporation, leading teams to enhance mine operations, and served as R&D Project Manager at Cabot Corporation, where a groundbreaking process for Tantalum Metal was commercialized. An MBA in Technology Management from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne further complement Taylor’s expertise.
