Josh Farley

Josh Farley, PE, serves as the Director of Alternative Delivery at ORION since September 2025, leveraging extensive experience in design, contracting, and project ownership to implement various Alternative Delivery methods for diverse clients. Prior roles include Engineering Project Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission from December 2021 to October 2025, Assistant Project Manager at CDR Maguire Inc. from January 2018 to December 2021, and Senior Bridge Engineer at STV from June 2016 to December 2017. Additional experience includes positions at Kleinfelder and URS Corporation, where Josh managed multiple midstream gas projects and was involved in significant civil and structural engineering tasks. Josh's career commenced at Kiewit as a Project Manager, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and studies at Northeastern University.
