Amy Bush

Amy Bush has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Amy currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Orion Talent. Before that, they worked at Korn Ferry as a Project Manager, where they monitored project performance and provided status updates to stakeholders. Prior to that, Amy held positions at PDS Tech, Inc. as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter, where they managed recruitment processes and negotiated job offers. Amy also worked at Spero Solutions as a Sr. IT Recruiter, Open Systems Technologies as a Senior Technical Recruiter, All Medical Personnel as a Senior Staffing Manager, and Volt Technical Resources as a Delivery Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter. Amy started their career at Mosaic Sales Solutions as an HR Assistant and has additionally held roles at Carter Burgess and First Horizon Home Loans.

Amy Bush attended Tyler Junior College from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Psychology. Amy later attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2006 to 2008, also studying Psychology. In 2011, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
