Mercedes Nelson

Mercedes Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mercedes started their career at First National Bank of Omaha in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Specialist/ Help Desk until 2011. Mercedes then transitioned into the role of Fulfillment Specialist- Centralized Account Support until 2012, and finally served as a Customer Care Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, Mercedes joined Orion Advisor Tech as an Account Manager, where they stayed until 2018. During their time at Orion, they also worked as a Service Recon Manager and SME Billing Manager. In 2021, Mercedes became the Director - Subject Matter Experts, and they currently hold the position of Director of Onboarding.

Mercedes Nelson attended Lincoln Northeast High School from 1996 to 2000 without earning a degree or studying a specific field.
