Olav Roaldset

Olav Roaldset has been with Orkla ASA since September 2016, currently serving as the Vice President Operations at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks. Olav is responsible for overseeing a solid BA project improvement portfolio, organizing and steering Operations projects, coaching and developing project consultants, managers, and senior managers, as well as evaluating and initiating dialogue with external parties. Before their current role, Olav held positions as a Senior Project Manager and EHS and OPS manager within the Orkla group. With a background in food science, Olav has demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, team organization, and safety management throughout their career.
