Ole Jakob Strømme Hansen

Ole Jakob Strømme Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ole Jakob Strømme started their career in 1999 as a Corporal in the Norwegian Armed Forces. In 2005, they transitioned to a Manufacturing Manager role at Kongsberg Automotive, where they worked until 2008. Following this, Hansen joined Orkla ASA as a Project Manager until 2011. Ole Jakob Strømme then worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young Advisory for two years before rejoining Orkla ASA as a Vice President in 2013. In 2014, they became the Production Director at Orkla Foods Norge AS until 2016 when they moved to Hame as a Member of the Supervisory Board. At the same time, they also worked at Orkla Foods Romania in a similar role. Hansen returned to Orkla Group in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer, and later became the Senior Vice President in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Orkla Group.

Ole Jakob Strømme Hansen's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled in the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Ole Jakob Strømme pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies in 2005. Continuing their academic journey, from 2004 to 2005, Ole Jakob attended ETH Zürich, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering. In 2007, they furthered their education by attending BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in Finance for a year. Lastly, in 2017, Ole Jakob enrolled in IMD, engaging in the study of Organizational Leadership for a year.
