Kathrine Cargo

Kathrine Cargo, GISP has been working in the field of Geographic Information Systems for over two decades. Kathrine currently holds the position of Geographic Information Systems Manager at Orleans Parish Communication District and has previously worked as a Principal City Planner at New Orleans City Planning Commission. Kathrine is also an active member of URISA and has a background in urban and regional planning, holding a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of New Orleans.
