Bernadette May Flores

Bernadette May Flores has over 20 years of extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Leasing Manager and Mall Manager (Senior Manager) at SM Supermalls since September 2017, Bernadette leads a comprehensive Mall Administration team and collaborates with retail affiliates to enhance performance. As Vice President for Trade and Commerce at Oro Chamber since January 2022, Bernadette also held a previous role as Chairperson of the OROBEST Innovation Board of Trustees in 2022. Prior experience includes significant positions at Smart Communications, Inc., Philips Electronics & Lighting, Inc., Universal Robina Corporation, and JG Summit Holdings Inc., where Bernadette showcased expertise in sales management, customer development, and strategic operations. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, earned in 2003.
