Nathan Dooley

Nathan Dooley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathan began their career at Six Flags Over Texas, where they served as a Cash Control Supervisor from 1988 to 1992. Nathan then transitioned to the legal field, joining Baker & McKenzie as an Associate from 1995 to 1999. Dooley moved to Brobeck Phleger & Harrison in 1999, where they worked as an Associate for a year. In 2000, they returned to Baker McKenzie and took on multiple roles, including Practice Support Lawyer & Associate, Director of Knowledge Management Securities, and Director of Practice Management. From 2011 to 2020, they led operational projects and managed various practice groups as Director of Practice Management at Baker McKenzie. Currently, Dooley works at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where they hold the position of Chief Practice Officer and Director of Client Service Transformation.

Nathan Dooley graduated from Cornell Law School in 1995 with a J.D., magna cum laude, specializing in Law. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Arlington, earning a B.A., cum laude, in Philosophy from 1987 to 1991. Nathan also attended EAB High School from 1985 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, Nathan Dooley has obtained a Certificate of Completion in Drafting and Negotiating SaaS Agreements from AltaClaro in 2023. Nathan is also an accredited mediator in the State of Texas.
