Robb Stout has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robb started their career as a Graphic Designer at Signs of Imagination in 1999 and later became a Graphic Design Manager at Hogan & Hartson in 2001. In 2008, Robb joined Terrapin Studios as a Designer/Head Honcho before moving on to Promontory Financial Group, an IBM Company, where they served as a Creative Director and Deputy Director of Communications and Marketing. At Promontory, they led various branding and visual communication projects and collaborated on global marketing strategies. In 2012, Robb joined Buckley LLP as a Creative Director and later became the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy. Robb developed cross-channel marketing campaigns and visual identity systems to support the firm's business development initiatives. Currently, Robb serves as the Director of Strategic Campaigns at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where they utilize their expertise in developing and implementing strategic campaigns.

Robb Stout attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree magna cum laude in Psychology. In 2017, they obtained certification as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
