Tyler First has a diverse work experience in the field of lighting design and experiential production. Tyler has held various roles in different companies, including Partner | Managing Director at Orsman Design, Inc., Studio Director at Orsman Design, Inc., Director of Build at MRD - Lighting Design+Build+Custom, Producer at Rolick, Technical Producer & Project Manager at satis&fy, LLC, Experiential Producer at HYPNO, and Lighting Director at Oxidiom. Tyler has also worked as a Freelance Lighting Director & Programmer. Throughout their career, Tyler has managed and overseen internal processes, strategic initiatives, software development, key client relationships, and operations. Tyler has experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, engineering technical solutions, and executing projects from start to finish.

Tyler First received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design, with a focus on Lighting and Photography, from Webster University. Tyler attended the university from 2010 to 2014.
