Cammie Chirino, SHRM-CP

Cammie Chirino, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Cammie began their career in 2012 as an Analyst at Your Money Matters Inc. In 2014, Chirino took on the role of Human Resources and Business Operations Manager at Uglobal/EB-5 Investors Magazine, where they formed the Human Resources department, created and supported HR programs and services, and had a thorough understanding of CA and federal employment laws. In 2020, Chirino became an Administrative Assistant at Verb Technology Company, Inc, where they coordinated with C-level executives to create job descriptions, posted job descriptions on job search websites, and conducted interviews with candidates. In 2021, Chirino became the Human Resources and Business Operations Manager at H. Hendy Associates, where they created and streamlined new hire company orientation checklists and onboarding processes, recruited for available positions within the organization, and consulted legal counsel to ensure legal and state requirements were being met. Chirino is currently a Human Resources Generalist at OrthAlign, Inc.

Cammie Chirino obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Concordia University Irvine between 2010 and 2012. In 2016, they received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Loyola Marymount University. In February 2022, they were awarded the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
