Joshua Burrus

Joshua Burrus has over 15 years of work experience in quality compliance and management roles. Joshua is currently serving as the Director of Quality Compliance at Orthofix. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Consultant/Remediation Lead at Integra LifeSciences and held the position of Consultant/Director of Quality at Corin Group, where they developed standardized metrics and led a global team. Joshua also worked as a Consultant/Quality Manager at Zimmer Biomet, where they successfully overhauled the CAPA program. Additionally, they served as a Sr. Quality Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and a Senior Compliance Specialist at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. Joshua began their career as a Quality Engineer at Zimmer and also gained experience as an ISO Auditor at Hartford Steam Boiler. Joshua holds extensive experience in implementing quality programs, improving regulatory compliance, and providing training across various organizations in the healthcare industry.

Joshua Burrus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, obtained between 2011 and 2013. Joshua also holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Joshua has obtained certifications such as Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University and Auditor certification from RABQSA International. These certifications were obtained in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
