Stuart Pratt

Stuart Pratt has extensive experience in clinical affairs and strategy within the medical field. Stuart currently holds the position of Senior Director of Clinical Affairs, Spine at Orthofix since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global Clinical Strategy at Smith & Nephew, Inc. from April 2019 to May 2020. From December 2015 to May 2020, Stuart served as the Clinical Strategy Lead at Smith & Nephew Orthopedics, Advanced Surgical Devices. Stuart also worked as the Director at the Association for Collaborative Spine Research from October 2012 to November 2015. Stuart has prior experience as a Senior Manager of Clinical Affairs at Medtronic Spinal & Biologics from February 2006 to October 2012, and they served on the Board of Directors at SoCRA from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they worked as a Research Monitor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from October 2001 to February 2006, and as a Study Manager in the Health Studies Section at Westat from April 2000 to October 2001. Stuart's early career includes working as a Consultant at The Weinberg Group from 1997 to 2000.

Stuart Pratt completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Washington and Lee University from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1986, they attended WSHS. Stuart then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Memphis, graduating from 1992 to 1995. Finally, Stuart obtained a Master of Science degree in Epidemiology & Preventive Medicine from the University of Maryland Baltimore, attending from 1995 to 1997.
