Klara Daily

Klara Daily has worked in the laboratory sciences field since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Brenntag UK & Ireland, where they conducted quality control testing, Karl Fischer titration, and etchant formulation. In 2017, they moved to UCB as an Associate Scientist, where they developed, validated and transferred ELISA assays, conducted pre-validation work with UHPLC and qPCR, and managed samples. Since 2019, they have been employed at Osler Diagnostics, where they have held three roles: Scientist and BioSafety Officer, Research Assistant, and Formulation Scientist. As Scientist and BioSafety Officer, their responsibilities include assay development, stability studies, transfer to manufacture, ELISAs, materials testing, writing and reviewing SOPs, implementation of biological safety protocols, training of new staff, creation of a new CoSHH system, and internal auditing. As Research Assistant, they are responsible for assay development for various biomarkers, materials testing for assay compatibility, and sample matrix testing. As Formulation Scientist, their duties are unknown.

Klara Daily attended the University of Leicester from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
