Kyle Brabender is the CX Lead and Scrum Master at Osso VR. Kyle was previously an Associate Product Manager at Toolwire from March 2013 to June 2019. While at Toolwire, they were responsible for user testing that influenced product based decisions, prioritized projects, and identified potential issues to guide product development. Kyle also created Salesforce/Pardot campaign data reports for data driven email campaigns and co-managed a data driven email campaign that resulted in an increased product awareness. In addition, they were the product owner of Course Creation wizard, designed user experience and user flow, and developed sales product demo collateral.
Before joining Toolwire, Kyle worked as a Tester at Sega of America, Inc. from October 2010 to May 2012. During their time there, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail by identifying game play and graphics, sound, localization, and text bugs. Kyle also communicated all defects clearly using Test Track Pro, Mantis, Dev Track, Jira Database software. In addition, they quickly adapted to new games, providing immediate feedback on performance of latest features and ensuring all tested videogames provided good user experience. Kyle also tested on Android and iOS devices.
From June 2005 to June 2010, Kyle was the Manager at Pump It Up.
