Richard Beesley

Richard Beesley has held a variety of roles in the engineering and business development fields since 1993. Richard began their career as an Applications Engineer at AlliedSignal in 1993, followed by a Design Engineer role at Desoutter Ltd in 1995. In 1997, they moved to CRP Group Ltd as a Design and Projects Engineer, a role in which they were responsible for engineering design and project management of turnkey products. In 2004, they took on the role of Sales Manager at CRP Group Ltd. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Trelleborg Group, where they held the roles of Business Development Manager, Customer Group Manager - Flexibles, and Managing Director - Trelleborg Offshore do Brasil Ltda. In 2016, they became the Director of Innovation & Business Development - Trelleborg Offshore UK Ltd at Trelleborg Offshore. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CRP Subsea as Business Group Management and OTAQ Group as Chief Commercial Officer.

Richard Beesley completed their B Eng Hons in Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University in 1995. Prior to that, they attended Saint John Rigby 6th Form College Orrell.
