Katrine Fisker Hjort Olsen

Katrine Fisker Hjort Olsen is currently the Global Product Documentation Manager at Oterra since March 2021. Prior to that, Katrine Fisker Hjort worked at Chr. Hansen A/S from July 2016 to December 2021, holding the title of Business Support Specialist. Katrine Fisker Hjort obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Copenhagen in 2016, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fødevarevidenskab in 2013.
