Namrata Sonawane

Namrata Sonawane is a Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Othain Group Inc. since May 2023, where responsibilities include executing pre-onboarding tasks and negotiating offer terms with candidates using Keka HRMS. Previously, Namrata worked as a Human Resources Consultant at SYMPHONI HR from August to November 2022, focusing on candidate sourcing and resume screening. An internship at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. provided exposure to performance appraisal comparison and recruitment practices in the print media industry in June 2021. Namrata also completed a brief internship with Air India Limited in July 2017, gaining knowledge about aircraft maintenance. Namrata holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, both from the University of Mumbai.
