Algie Aldhian Akbar

Algie Aldhian Akbar has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Algie Aldhian is currently working at Otoklix as the Head of Operations and Supply Chain Management, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Circles.Life as the Head of Operations (Indonesia) from February 2021 to May 2022, and as an Operations Manager from June 2019 to February 2021.

Algie also gained valuable experience at Triputra Group, where they completed a 1-year management trainee program as an Operations Management Trainee from March 2017 to May 2019. During this time, they successfully delivered two significant projects focused on cost reduction and new logistic process design.

Before joining Triputra Group, Algie worked at UNIQLO as part of the production team. From October 2014 to February 2016, they represented UNIQLO at three factory partners, ensuring timely delivery of garments at the highest quality. Algie Aldhian also collaborated with factory partners to set up a new production plant in Central Java.

Algie's early work experience includes positions as a Lecturer's Assistance and Laboratory Assistance at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2013 to 2014, where they assisted in class preparation and scoring, as well as laboratory material preparations. Algie Aldhian also completed an internship at PT.Pertamina (Persero) as a Water Treatment Plan intern in June and July 2013, where they conducted research on finding affordable chemical mixtures for separating water from oily sludge.

Algie Aldhian Akbar pursued their education at the Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in the field of Bioengineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications, including a 1st Dan certification in Aikido from the Aikido Hombu Headquarters in November 2016. Algie Aldhian also completed the GEPI Hack Reactor Program - CGI Coding Class from the Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia (GEPI) in April 2016. Furthermore, they achieved a 1st Dan certification in Tae Kwon Do from Kukkiwon in April 2007. Lastly, they obtained the Academic English Proficiency certification from IELTS Official in December 2018.
