Billy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Head Chef at The Prince Albert, Bletchingley. Billy then transitioned to the role of Catering Manager at Blends Catering from 2010 to 2012, where they organized catering services for weddings and other large events. In 2012, they became an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Clifton Wine Bar.
In 2013, Williams took on the role of Station Manager at Burst Radio, the Bristol University radio station. Billy later became a Director and Head of Marketing at Charcombe Wills Ltd., a position they held until 2015.
In 2013, Williams started their own design business called The Design Kitchen, where they produced visual identities, UI/UX designs, and motion graphics for small and medium-sized businesses. Billy then became the Head of Software Engineering and Design, where they managed a team of product developers and designers. Their responsibilities included ideating and creating digital solutions for clients and running workshops on user behaviors and technical research.
Currently, Williams is working at Otta.com, where they hold the position of Engineering Manager. Billy is responsible for overseeing the engineering team and driving the company's technical initiatives.
