Bob Bland

Bob Bland, MPA, ODCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and employee training across various sectors. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Program Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., Bob leads succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at OneShare Health and Training and Development Manager at Luminator Technology Group, where Bob implemented culture strategies and directed training programs. Additionally, Bob has held managerial positions at the City of Carrollton and provided training and development at UNT Health Science Center and BSM Financial, L.P. Bob began a career in human resources as an HR Analyst for the City of Arlington and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism from Texas State University.
